Poor-me can’t get much traction when you’re busy looking for chances to say thank-you.

If you’re entitled to things (like hands and feet and food), there’s no reason to say thank-you.

When you’re itching to give advice or other input, it helps to answer three good questions first: does it need to be said, does it need to be said now, and does it need to be said by me?
