Sometimes you learn the most from the saddest things, like funerals. The best ones teach you how to live, because they remind you of two things that are easy to forget. They remind you that you won't always be here either, and they remind you that, when it's your turn to leave, the only thing on your resume that will really matter is how well you loved. That's a relief, because it makes today's choices simple enough for a child.
“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I/I took the one less traveled by/And that has made all the difference." Robert Frost
